“Cyber” short story was my first fiction sale

March 4, 2010

I’d been published a few times before in small local magazines, school newspapers (high school and university), and self-published some chapbooks (and sold a few copies in stores, conferences and on the streets), but the first time I’d actually been paid for publication of my writing (apart from money I’d won in a Remembrance Day poetry contest) was when I sold my short story Cyber to AlienSkin Magazine.

It’s short, so I’ll post it here.

I’ll be posting more of my writing here on my blog and on http://www.davidsloma.com/writing soon.
